Ordering & MOQ

Yes. We routinely support professional buyers who want to test a narrow assortment before committing to larger replenishment. A small trial order is the practical path to evaluate quality, packaging, and timing with minimal exposure.

We do not provide free samples. If you need to evaluate frames before a larger buy, we recommend placing a small trial order instead—this keeps the process transparent and aligned with wholesale pricing.

Branding

Private label & customization

You choose eligible frames (and lens branding options where applicable), confirm artwork and placement, and we produce and pack under your brand requirements. Our team validates feasibility, lead time, and minimum commercial terms before production moves forward.

Minimums depend on where the logo is applied:

  • Logo on temple and lens: minimum order value ≥ USD 2,000, with MOQ 10 pieces per item.
  • Logo on lens only: minimum order value ≥ USD 1,000, with no per-item MOQ.

If your project is close to a threshold, share the assortment—we can suggest the cleanest way to meet the rule.

Logistics

Shipping & delivery

After dispatch, transit is typically:

  • China warehouse: about 5–10 working days
  • USA warehouse: about 3–5 working days

These estimates apply after dispatch from either center. U.S. buyers may fulfill through China or the United States; China Warehouse typically carries the broadest range of styles.

Both. We operate wholesale fulfillment from China and the United States, so you can align purchases with your inventory plan, timing, and destination market.

China Warehouse is available for global customers, including U.S. buyers, and offers a broader product selection. USA Warehouse is there when faster domestic replenishment from U.S. stock suits your cadence—U.S. buyers may choose either lane, and many use both over time.

United States

No. For all orders shipped to the United States, the checkout price is the final landed price.

Whether the order ships from our China Warehouse or U.S. Warehouse, U.S. customers do not need to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes after checkout. OpticiansClub handles the U.S. import duty and customs clearance.

Outside the United States

For customers outside the United States, orders are shipped from our China Warehouse. Import duties, VAT, GST, or local customs taxes may vary by country.

We have mature and reliable customs clearance experience and can help customers reduce import costs as much as possible through proper documentation and professional shipping arrangements.

After sales

Warranty & after-sales

Contact us with your order reference and clear photos. For professional B2B buyers, defect claims should be raised within 12 months from delivery when the issue is covered under proper use.

Full policy: Quality warranty.

Commercial B2B purchases include a one-year (12-month) quality warranty window from delivery for eligible manufacturing defects under normal professional use.

Email or message with:

  • Order date (as shown on your OpticiansClub confirmation)
  • Model number and color code
  • Clear photos that show the defect

We review the file against production records and respond with next steps.

Account & orders

Sign in to My Account and open My Orders. Shipped orders include carrier tracking where available. If a tracking line is missing, contact support with the order number and we will push the latest status.

View order history

Yes. Many wholesale buyers repeat core SKUs season after season. Use your order history as the fastest reference for model codes and colors, then add the current season’s quantities.

If a frame is revised or discontinued, we will suggest the closest active equivalent.
